Transparency, Accountability and Financial Management of Local Government (TAFM) Bill

The Local Government Act 2002 Amendment Bill (the TAFM Bill) received Royal assent on 26 November 2010, and thus took effect on 27 November 2010 (subject to the commencement and transitional provisions therein).
