Warm Up New Zealand is a three year government insulation programme to deliver warmer, drier and healthier homes to communities most in need. COBOP is committed to increasing this programme in the Bay of Plenty as healthy homes means healthy people.

This area is represented by staff from local and central government agencies that have people and social issues at the forefront of their work. Currently active is the Regional Healthy Housing Forum, chaired by Toi Te Ora Public Health. COBOP is also currently exploring the value of a regional cluster for community resiliency.
